ASEAN TAX STRATEGIES: A Talk on Strategies regarding internationalisation of German based companies from Singapore into ASEAN.
Typically, German based companies use Singapore as a hub to develop business in ASEAN. After finding success in Singapore, companies usually seek to expand to other parts of ASEAN. For further growing of ASEAN business, production sites or R&D activities for local needs are established in the region.
During the talk we will provide you with an overview of the general tax environment in the ASEAN region as well as tax incentives that should be considered for internationalisation of the businesses in ASEAN. We will also share commonly used tax structures and effective supply chains using Singapore as a regional hub.
This is completed by considerations from a German tax perspective to avoid pitfalls.
